We recruit for positions across various industries, including IT, finance, sales, manufacturing, retail, lending, and other sectors.

• Sourcing and selecting candidates through various channels and platforms

• Reviewing CVs and conducting initial candidate screening

• Preparing and publishing job advertisements

• Conducting telephone and online interviews

• Assessing candidates’ experience and suitability for job requirements

• Maintaining the candidate database and working with an ATS

• Presenting suitable candidates to clients

• Supporting candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, from receiving their CV to their first day at work

• An interest in recruitment and a willingness to develop professionally in this field

• Fluency in Romanian and Russian — required

• Good computer skills and a willingness to learn new tools

• Previous recruitment experience is an advantage

• We also welcome candidates without recruitment experience and provide training and support to help them get started
