Regional Manager

Our client is a financial services company with an extensive branch network across the Republic of Moldova. We are currently looking for a Regional Manager to coordinate and develop the operations of branches in the Chișinău and Southern regions.

• Coordinate branch operations across the Chișinău and Southern regions through supervisors

• Monitor branch and team performance, track KPIs, and ensure commercial targets are achieved

• Identify and resolve operational and commercial issues

• Identify market opportunities and develop customer relationships

• Develop and implement measures to improve efficiency and productivity

• Visit branches and ensure compliance with internal procedures

• Motivate and support teams to improve performance and results

• At least 2 years of experience in team coordination or management

• Experience in financial services, retail, microfinance, or related fields

• Strong leadership and analytical skills, with a results-oriented mindset

• Fluency in Romanian and Russian

• Category B driving license

• Strong knowledge of the local market and trends in the Chișinău and Southern regions
