Whom we're looking for

For middle and senior leadership positions, we recruit supervisors, managers, professionals, interim specialists and consultants with an academic or equivalent qualification from a wide range of disciplines. These include engineering, finance, healthcare, HR, education, legal affairs and marketing & communications. We cover both temporary and permanent placements.

Our process

    we apply sourcing tools to find the best candidates

    Interviewing candidates

    we conduct a telephone / physical / zoom interview with the candidate

    Submitting candidate profiles to the client

    we send the selected candidates to the client for next steps

    2nd interview and job offer

    we carefully select candidates and hope that you'll communicate with every person

    Payment

    payment of the company's fee

    Warranty obligations

    the warranty obligations will come into force if client conduct payment terms

Working conditions with us

  • We search for candidates, conduct interviews according to the filled application form, present them to the client and accompany the candidate until the date of employment
  • The company fee can range from 15% to 20% of the candidate's annual salary depending on the circumstances of each recruitment project
  • Our warranties: 1 free candidate replacement within 6 months from the date of employment
  • All candidates that our company has presented to the client are considered ours and, in the case of an offer, our services must be paid in full amount

  • Willingness to cooperate (we expect a quick feedback on candidates within 3-5 days)
  • Respect for candidates and recruiters
  • A clear understanding of who you are looking for and for what tasks
