On September 19, we organized the 2024 edition of HR CONFERENCE 2.0 at the Radisson Blu Chisinau, an event dedicated to HR professionals in Moldova, organized by hr solutions, powered by Jobber.
The conference brought together HR specialists, company managers, and trainers for a day entirely dedicated to exchanging practical ideas about recruitment, retention, and building organizational culture.
Topics discussed included: automating recruitment processes, the role of artificial intelligence in candidate selection, staff motivation strategies adapted to the current generation of employees, and real case studies from participating companies.
Feedback from participants confirmed the need for such events in the local market - a space dedicated exclusively to Moldova's HR community, where ideas can be discussed openly, beyond theory.
