Working conditions with us
- We search for candidates, conduct interviews according to the filled application form, present them to the client and accompany the candidate until the date of employment
- The company fee can range from 15% to 20% of the candidate's annual salary depending on the circumstances of each recruitment project
- Our warranties: 1 free candidate replacement within 6 months from the date of employment
- All candidates that our company has presented to the client are considered ours and, in the case of an offer, our services must be paid in full amount
Requirements for the client
- Willingness to cooperate (we expect a quick feedback on candidates within 3-5 days)
- Respect for candidates and recruiters
- A clear understanding of who you are looking for and for what tasks
